SciTech Days are a special kind of field trip that features the growth areas of Pittsburgh: biotech & health, nanotechnology & advanced materials/processes, information technology & robotics, and eco tech (think environment & energy). It also connects visitors with leading scientists and technologists in a fun, dynamic atmosphere.
This hands-on event allows you to register middle and high school students for cutting-edge workshops and featured programs, as well as explore interactive exhibits from leading STEM companies and higher education organizations.

Advanced registration can only be made with groups of 15 or more. Information for the March event will be online by Fri., Jan. 4. Check back for information and registration dates.
Check out the workshops and featured programs. You may select one workshop and one featured program for each participating student during SciTech Days. Schools dividing their students into multiple groups or programs must provide 1 adult chaperone per group. Please call early to register with our Reservations staff at 412.237.3400 – programs fill quickly!
Group rates are available to groups of 15 or more people (includes students, parents, and teachers) and include access to four floors of hands-on exhibits, Highmark SportsWorks®, and one reserved workshop and special program. The cost per student is $8. Required chaperones (1 adult per 10 students) are free. Additional adults will be charged $8 per person.
